Description: Do you love the Medieval Period? Me too!!! The reality is that many “new” ways of making natural wine are actually the old ways, prior to technological intervention. This is one of very few wineries that continues to carry on a traditional style that dates back to the twelfth century. The Medieval do Ourém is reflective of this ancient but nonetheless wine-heavy period, when wine was made using all natural materials to age, fine, and filter. This easy drinking wine is light in color with notes of white pepper, dried green herbs, and blueberry on the nose and a palate of cranberry and fresh strawberry! Enjoy while watching your favorite medieval drama such as Game of Thrones. Or drink it while watching the famous GOT porn parody “Game of Bones: Winter Came Everywhere”. You could also give Robin Hood Men in Tights a rewatch because, why not?
