Sei Bollissima vino spumante brut ... $48
Piedmont, ItalyThis is bad ass winter bubbly and a crowd pleaser that kicks a*s with notes of ripe plum, caramelized peaches, linoleum floor, and a tip of the tongue acidity that has a hint of lime skittles. This is fun and appetizer-friendly that is a celebration of communal fun and cuteness!
-
l’Archetipo Marasco Brut Nature ... $42
Salento, ItalyThis fun sparkling is alive and has bubbles a little stronger than a traditional pet nat has and is bursting with flavor. You’ve heard of biodynamic farming but have you heard of Synergistic farming? I didn’t before having the l‘Archetipo wines for the first time. It’s a lot to explain but it involves a kind of farming that uses crop rotation to limit intervention and preserve the land. On top of being ‘synergistic’, it’s a delicious caramel colored bubbles with notes of red apple (the kind snow white likes before it got poisoned), balsamic vinegar, sourdough bread crust, and a hint of cardamom. Order some light apps, invite over your cutest neighbors, and see if you can have some synergy of your own.
-
La Dive Petnat (new vintage!) ... $35
Willamette Valley, OrYum! Very dry bubbly with root vegetables, popcorn kernels, and a strawberry nose that finishes very savory. You'll love it!
-
La Chavan Naise Sparkling Rosé... $50
Loire Valley, FranceI love Cabernet Franc forward roses or sparkling rosés because they have so much more flavor then so many other sparkling wines/rosés with aromas of watermelon, dusty rose, rhubarb, and dried clay with a slight green pepper and hibiscus finish. Drink this with a good friend over for ‘girl dinner’ and snack away while you speculate on which of your friends are breaking up, whether or not you should dye your hair this year, or just have a good old fashioned venting session!
-
Lares sparkling ‘Chimera’ ... $48
Carlton, OregonYou might remember ‘chimera’ as the Greek mythological character that breathed fire and had a goat’s body, and a serpent's tail. Going along with its name, this wine is a whole new beast! This fun pet-nat makes me nostalgic for New Years as it reminds me of what you wanted Martinelli’s apple cider to be growing up (and by that I mean it has alcohol in it). With notes of tofu, macintosh apple, flintstones vitamins, and bright acid you’ll easily drink more than one glass! It seems strange for a wine to remind you of being a kid but actually that’s perfect because kids act like drunk people anyway- or drunk people act like kids - however you want to see it.
-
Elbling Sekt ‘Hild’ ... $42
Mosel, GermanyAn interesting thing about Germany and Austria is that they have a bunch of grape varieties (see what I did there?) that are unfamiliar to most. I mean, you're probably SUPER familiar with Grauburgunder but I’m not! At the end of the day, all you need to know is that this wine is delicious and ready for you to enjoy! This flavorful bubbly has notes of limestone, tropical fruit, white flowers, and wet chalk board. Do what I did and pop it open to celebrate something great with loved ones while you try not to talk about politics at all!

-
Las Mercedes de callejuela ... $45
Andalucia, SpainDo you love DRY Sherry? Well then you'll love this white wine and its 'oxidative' vibe and bright minerality. The palate has delicate notes of apricot with salty/briny finish. I love wines like this. Highly recommended to pair with the sprat toast or tuna melt!
-
La Dive White Wine... $36
Columbia Valley, WaThis is our new signature white and it's absolutely delicious! This dry Gruner has nots of ripe peach, limestone, with an oily lemon finish. It's almost dangerous how easy drinking this wine is... Everything you want and need!
-
Libertine Wines 'The Void’ ... $60
Willamette Valley, OregonAs you raise the glass the mind envisions a rushing glacial creek freshly renewed from melting high altitude snowpack. The mouth is consumed by fleshy peach and crisp Bosc pear skin. All of this culminates in a pleasantly sharp finish.
-
Celler Frisach ‘Vernatxa’ White... $45
Terra Alta, SpainThis wine smells and tastes like making love to your well manicured yoga teacher on a boat on the lake. Now you know why I love wine so much! With a super complex nose of diesel, fresh passion fruit, sexy lover’s tongue, bright mineral, and a taste of unripe pineapple and sandalwood, you’ll want to meditate on every sip. This wine is also natty and alive so there’s a fair amount of bottle to bottle variation. Just like that yoga retreat in Lake Tahoe on Labor Day, results may vary. Either way, this wine is just the break from your day to day life that you need.
-
Famoso Poderi dal Nespoli ... $40
Emilia-Romagna, ItalyYou never buy me flowers, or expensive jewelry, or cashmere anymore! Well, if all of these gifts could manifest themselves into a wine it would be this one! This wine has an intense nose and a very elegant and understated palate - like eating a rose petal off your lover's chest. It has aromas of white flowers, chamomile, green unripe mango, and finishes very soft without being creamy.
-
Anne Pichon Sauvage ... $52
Anne Pichon ‘Sauvage’I love aromatic white wines and this yummy Viogier is the epitome of what I love. Anne Pichon and her sister-in-law started an agrarian-bohemian life together in the 1990’s when they moved into an abandoned farm house at the base of Mont Ventoux. Today, Anne produces no more than 40 barrels of wine with her sister-in-law Véronique who manages the commercial affairs. These harmonious ladies named the wine “Sauvage” inspired by the Pichons’ respect for and attachment to nature. I totally don’t love nature enough to move to the middle of nowhere but I do love wine enough to buy it and enjoy it! If I could fill a pool with this wine I would swim in it. It has notes of white flowers, grandma’s closet, lanoline, with a rich waxy finish and full texture. My favorite white wine on the list!
-
Libertine Grandma’s Gris Gradient Vineyard ... $50
Willamette Valley, OregonLibertine is back again this time but with a very different wine! This white wine is scrumptious with notes of granny smith apples, fresh thyme, tarragon, and Anjou pear! It has a great texture and mouthfeel and I know you’ll LOVE IT.
-
ovum ‘gorge sound’... $68
columbia gorge, oregoncomplex and sophisticated, notes of salt water, contact solution, candied ginger, green tea, lemon pith

-
Azimut Orange Wine brisat ... $48
Penedés, SpainIt’s orange all right! We had a previous vintage of this wine many wine clubs ago (a period of measurement I’ve created). This orange wine is lighter in color than its predecessor but packs just as much of a punch. With notes of white flowers, rubber cement, hot dog bun, and a tart lemon juice finish. It’ll fill your nose up with flavors while having enough acid on the palate to keep you begging for more!
-
Earl Paulhiac Thierry and Isabelle “bise” orange... $50
Loire Valley, FranceThis Natty orange brings it! It is an absolutely delicious and food friendly orange with notes of papaya, flint, slightly burnt sourdough, green mango skin, and meat brine. Trust me, your palate is about to experience true joy. Plus, the label has two birds kissing intimately which reminds me of the special experience I had two years ago where I hooked up with a certain costumed ‘actor’ after a taping of Sesame Street…. truly wonderful!
-
La Dive Orange... $34
Friuli, ItalyA nose of gasoline, Florida oranges, being in Miami Beach with sunscreen in a thong, and subtle white flower notes. Has a palate of unsweetened dark chocolate with sea salt and burnt orange rind.
-
Coquette Cabernet Franc Rosé... $45
You might think a rosé is a strange choice as we move towards winter but wait till you try this bad boy. I absolutely LOVE how flavorful it is. You would think because it’s a cabernet franc rosé that it would be dark in color like the Cabernet Franc grape but it has an extremely delicate light pink color. Also, it is slightly effervescent. It will fill your month with flavor! The palate journey begins with bubble gum, raspberry goat cheese yogurt, and a hint of hot closeted quarterback jockstrap. But wait! It becomes WAY more savory as it opens up. After 15 minutes you’ll experience sophisticated green notes (wet green leaves, green peppers) and it has a full mouth feel while still having perfectly balanced acid.
-
jp. bourgeois Freak of Nature Rosé ... $46
La Mancha, SpainThe ‘freak of nature’ also prides itself on its unfiltered-ness (new word) and says “shake” all over the bottle. Chill it, shake it like a polaroid picture (thank you Outkast), and enjoy the notes of strawberry yogurt, beach blanket, grapefruit and a fruity and playful finish making this the perfect rosé to replace a meal with in a pinch!

RAM Cellars Malbec ... $50
Columbia Valley, WaVivian is committed not only to making exceptional minimal-intervention wines, but also to human rights and diversity in our industry. As a trans woman, she is vocal about LGBTQ rights but also chooses to employ a variety of Queer folks for her close knit team. If that isn’t enough, she also purchases much of her grapes from one of the US’s few (there’s not enough!) black-owned vineyards, Canyon's Gate Vineyard in Washington. Did I mention the wine is great?! Well it is! With notes of with notes of raspberries, black licorice, marmalade, and warm spice- clove with a slight spicy palate that has bright live tannins that aren’t too grippy.
-
Margins Paicines Grechache... $45
San Benito County, CaliforniaThis wine is very obviously “whole cluster”, and I’m not referring to my lover in basketball shorts. When you ferment the wine whole cluster instead of pressing the juice and fermenting it separately, the fruitiness comes out while keeping the wine VERY FRESH and dry. This yummy red has notes of blueberry, dried basil, lingonberry toaster strudel (is that thing?), wet gravel, and even raw beet skin.
-
Res Fortes 'Merlot Madness' ... $48
Languedoc, Francethis beautiful French merlot is elegant and restrained. Merlot got a bad reputation, probably because of the movie 'Sideways'? People are always saying "I don't like Merlot because it's basic" and I want to say "that's the joke in the movie, the prized bottle that means so much to the protagonist IS MERLOT! That's the whole point!" Wine nerds love Merlot and if you want a subtle and not overdone red, this wine is for you. It's savory with notes of wet dirt, bergamot, raspberry bush, blackberry bush leaves, and a hint of rubber ducky with a dry and food friendly finish. Side note: it was described by one of my co-workers as "Catholic church wine if it church wine tasted REALLY good." Do with that what you will!
-
Azienda Vitivinicola Cardedu ‘Astili’... $48
Sardinia, ItalyThis is a classic and yummy red that you will love to love! It has those famous Italian wine flavors and smells like Twizzlers, wet forest earth, ripe red cherry with mud coating, and has a palette of black licorice, and red fruit with food friendly acid that keeps the wine lively. It’ll make you want to invent a teleportation machine to sit in a high end Sardinian bistro over the beach and have a leisurely dinner. And take me with you!
-
Tenuta migliavacca barbara... $45
monferrato, italyclassic but still natty barbara has notes of dusty cherry, forest floor, dried green herbs and a hint of tangerine in the finish. this is wine that's begging for pasta and to raise a glass to my friends- like me after a run. a marathon! This wine is easy to love so if you know you want a red wine but don't know which, this will be your winner.
-
Château de la Selve ‘Petit Selve’ ... $48
Rhône, FranceFun classic style french red with notes of blueberries, raspberries, sweet red peppers, and cracked pink peppercorn, spicy finish. Easy and great with food!
-
Lares ‘Tymora’ Oregon red wine (chilled red) ... $52
Willamette Valley, OregonThe Lares ‘Tymora’ borrows its name from the board game Dungeons and Dragons and is named after the goddess of good luck in the Faerûnian pantheon. According to the legend, there was once a goddess named Tyche, who was split into two goddesses: Tymora the goddess of good luck and Beshaba, goddess of bad luck. Maybe if this wine wasn’t so delicious he would have named it Beshaba? Either way, this yummy red wine will make you feel lucky, and if you drink enough of it, it might just bring out your inner goddess (assuming she’s not out already!) It’s also deliciously food friendly with notes of pluot fruit leather, wet mud on a piece of tree bark, raspberry preserve, and wet oatmeal with a dry finish.
-
La Dive Red (1L)... $38
Veneto, Italybrace yourself for 1L (over a glass more than a regular bottle) of fun! This fruity but tart red is alive and ready for love with notes of tree bark, brandied rainier cherry, black tea, and a bright sour finish and you'll be able to chug this bad boy and pair it with everything! It's a yum- bomb and I hope your ready for your palate to explode.
